About Lauri

In 2018 I graduated from the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration® in Boulder, CO. What drew me there was the work itself. Before deciding to study Structural Integration I was a successful Physical Therapist Assistant who was having some shoulder pain. I had tried many interventions to find relief and finally found my local Rolfer­­™.

I went through a 10 series and besides being pain free in my shoulder I found that I felt lighter, more energized and more fluid in my movement. Even more unexpected I felt more confident and experienced greater mental ease. I was fascinated by the work and wanted to learn more. I am grateful, honored and excited to share Rolf Structural Integration with my clients and help them along their path to their embodied best.
